How to Order from Select-Your-Gift

Ordering Gift Albums: Step-by-Step

Click on the Order-Form below to Download and Email your order, or print and Fax.

The Easy-to-use Order Form: can be completed right on your computer. Download and save a copy on your desktop for reference and for future re-orders, then click to email the completed order directly to Select-Your-Gift for processing.

Using the Order-Form, please follow these easy steps to place your order:

• Step 1: Indicate the quantity needed for each Gift Album Level (by value)
   
• Step 2: Choose your themed insert sheets and matching seals, by type:
  • Years of Service
  • Employee of Month
  • Congratulations
  • Holiday Greetings, Merry Christmas, or A Gift for You
  • Safety Award
  • Thank You
  • Pre-Printed insert sheets: We can PRINT your provided message on the above sheets, or we can send them blank, ready for you to add your own message. See the many customization options on the Insert-details page, or call for more information / assistance.  
  • Personalization: If you want us to personalize your insert-sheets with each employee's name, please email your list of names in an excel file to ensure accuracy. Please contact us for details.
    
  • Click to see sample images of each sheet
   
• Step 3: Complete the Order-form information (with your Name, Company, DBA, email, etc)
   
• Step 4: Tell us if you have any special shipping requirements and date needed.
   
• Step 5: Please Email or Print/FAX your Order-form. Include Credit Card Form with first order.

* We will call you back to confirm receipt of your order.
* If ordering customized options, we will contact you to complete everything to your satisfaction.
* You will receive an email when your order is shipped, along with a UPS tracking number
* You will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days, or sooner if rush shipment is requested.

Note: When re-ordering and using a previously supplied credit card, you do not need to send the credit card information again.

• Order Form: Use this Interactive - downloadable PDF Order Form to order Gift Albums. It can be filled out immediately, and printed or emailed by just clicking a button. Save the form on your computer for future re-orders.
   
• Paying by Credit Card: Use this form when paying by credit card. It's only needed when initially providing your credit card information or if something has changed. It is not normally needed for re-orders.
   
• Credit Application: Please use this form if you want us to bill you. A great option when frequently ordering. This form is required with your first order (and only if you are requesting credit). Your information will be held in the strictest confidence.
  Note: You can provide your own Credit Information form if available.
