Select-Your-Gift helps employers recognize their people with gifts the employees choose themselves. Since 2001 we have provided service anniversary awards, spot awards, holiday gifts and points-based recognition to companies of every size, from small businesses to organizations with thousands of employees. Each award gives the employee a catalog or emailed selection at the price level you set, and the gift they pick ships directly to their home. You set the budget. We handle the gifts, the shipping and the follow-up.

How Gift-of-Choice Awards Work

You pick the price level.

Choose a gift level for each award, from $22 up. Add your company name and logo to the certificate for a small additional charge.

Your employee chooses.

They receive a presentation packet with a catalog, or emailed award information, and pick the gift they want from the catalog or the larger online selection.

The gift ships to their home.

Shipping is built into every price level (within lower 48 US). Nothing for you to track down, wrap or mail.

What is a gift-of-choice award?

A gift-of-choice award lets the employee select their own gift from a catalog or online selection at a price level you choose. The gift they pick ships directly to their home.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping of the employee's chosen gift is built into every price level. Shipping is charged only on the award packets or spot cards sent to you.

Can award packets carry our company name and logo?

Yes. Certificates can be customized with your company name, logo, milestone and employee name for a small additional charge. Holiday packets can carry your company's message.
